This notice describes what personal data OneSphere collects, why, how it is used and stored, and the rights available to you in connection with the live platform and the services accessible through it.

Additional product-specific notices may apply to particular services and are made available where relevant.

Application and account data: name, date of birth, contact details, country, wallet provider, declared source of funds, estimated volumes, business details where applicable, and crypto-backed loan application details where applicable (including selected collateral asset, collateral value, requested LTV, and loan term estimates).

Verification data: information and documents needed for KYC and KYB checks, handled through verification providers under appropriate contractual and security arrangements.

Technical data: limited security and audit information such as IP address and event timestamps.

To process applications, carry out identity and business verification, assess crypto-backed loan applications, manage customer accounts, communicate about applications and accounts, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Security and audit data is used to protect accounts and maintain an integrity record of platform actions.

Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Uploaded documents are stored by reference, with access restricted to authorised review staff.

Retention periods, encryption, access controls, and processor arrangements are operated in line with applicable data protection requirements and OneSphere's internal policies.

Depending on jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or erase personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

Information about how to exercise these rights, and how to contact the data controller or a supervisory authority, is available on request through the contact channels published on the platform.

Personal data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (such as verification and infrastructure providers) and where required by law.

Personal data is not sold.
